Honest, Helpful, Genuine and the Ring Looks Amazing!
I’ve had very pleasant experiences at Clarion Fine Jewelry
1) Went in to get a loose clasp for a gold necklace fixed. They were able to do it quickly and without charge(!). They also took a look at my Boar Cufflinks, one tusk had broken off and I wondered if anything could be done. Rami warned me that he could glue it, but was not sure how long it would last. He did so, and it was OK for another day or so- but still, the expectations were set!
2) I later went to design a custom engagement ring. Rami and Yoon were both very honest, helpful, and genuine in their suggestions and information provided. I gradually felt more comfortable after multiple meetings with Rami to discuss budget, options, payment, carats, etc. There were no surprises, everything was straightforward and he explained any topic I had questions on. He was very flexible about scheduling (Usually I would stop by in early or late), which was very accommodating to my schedule. He stressed making the right choice for me and my fiance, and not rushing things. I eventually ended up with a custom (hand made, unique!) designed and made platinum ring. The process took longer than I wanted, but it was during the holidays and was being custom made, so I think that was to be expected. I’ve got nothing but good things to say about the result, the ring is looks amazing!
