Fantastic service by knowledgeable, patient, and friendly staff.  The ring shopping process is incredibly overwhelming. I visited and called dozens of places in the DMV area hoping to find someone in the industry who could help me though the process, and I found that in Rami at Clarion.  He and his staff are extremely kind, honest, and fair.   They taught me everything I wanted to know about diamonds, rings, certifications, etc, and we were able to have honest discussions about the practicality of the purchase without him trying to pressure me in to spending the most money. They walked me through all my options and for a ring including being able to create a custom ring based on my (or any other) design.

I was extremely happy with my experience at Clarion and the arrangement I ended up with. I will definitely recommend them to anyone, including my family when they reach the ring purchasing milestone.
